PUNTA GORDA — Lennar today announced the opening of Tuckers Cove at Babcock Ranch, bringing waterpark-inspired activities to their Punta Gorda master-planned community. The new attractions feature a lazy river, water slide experience and on-site dining at the Shipwreck Tavern.
They have planned a Tuckers Cove Pirate Adventure Amenity Showcase event on Saturday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to show off the facility.
“X marks the spot at Tuckers Cove,” said Jeff Dew, Director of Sales for Lennar at Babcock Ranch, in a Lennar press release. “We’re excited to invite the public to come tour the community for themselves through our Pirate Adventure Amenity Showcase and see what makes Tuckers Cove such a unique place to call home.”
Houses range from 1,417 to 3,945 square feet with two to six bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. Some plans have the Next Gen in-law suite. Pricing ranges from the $200,000s to the $700,000s.
