In Florida, the new offering is the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort. Set on 1,000 feet (300 metres) of white sand in Old Naples, the Gulf Coast’s first Four Seasons pairs beautiful accommodations with beachside dining, a lively Market Square, and a new Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

The upcoming properties include Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara (USA), Four Seasons Resort Mykonos (Greece), Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island (Saudi Arabia), Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay (Saudi Arabia), Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena (Colombia), Four Seasons Hotel Madinah (Saudi Arabia), Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake (Vietnam), and The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel (Switzerland). Also opening is the historic Hotel Danieli, Venezia, reimagined under the Four Seasons brand.

Alongside new destinations, Four Seasons is investing in major renovations across several iconic properties. Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is completing a three-year transformation, Four Seasons Hotel Milano has introduced newly styled rooms, and Tokyo’s Four Seasons Hotel at Marunouchi has reopened with a modern residential feel. The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia has launched “Sky Garden” accommodations, while Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea and Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An have debuted revamped luxury villas. Properties in Mexico City, Mauritius, and Guangzhou have also undergone significant upgrades.

Complementing its property portfolio, Four Seasons is enhancing guest experiences through curated multi-destination journeys by sea and air, including the inaugural Four Seasons Yacht and the ongoing Four Seasons Private Jet Experience. Each initiative reflects the brand’s continued commitment to luxury, service, and innovation as it heads into 2026.
