SEBRING – Sebring Resorts breaks ground on its luxury townhouses on Wednesday, Sept. 10. The development of 24 three-story residences is offered by Apex Realty Advisors, and are said, according to a release, to “elevate modern living just minutes from the famed Sebring International Raceway.”
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place Wednesday 9 a.m. at Sebring Resorts. The Sebring Motor Garages offer climate-controlled, hurricane-rated spaces built for cars, RVs and boats. Each unit is fully customizable and features a mezzanine, private bathroom, fire suppression system and independent climate control.
