MIAMI BEACH – Fontainebleau Development will redevelop the Fontainebleau Miami Beach outdoor pool deck, starting in early 2026. The project will introduce a family-friendly entertainment hub featuring new pools, water slides, family attractions, and enhanced food and beverage options, including La Côte Restaurant and three signature bars. This ambitious investment aims to blend the resort’s luxury legacy with innovative, all-ages appeal.

The redevelopment is poised to boost South Florida’s economy by creating jobs in construction, hospitality, and operations, including roles for ride attendants, lifeguards, and guest services staff. The pool complex is Miami Beach’s first large-scale family attraction of its kind.

“Fontainebleau Development has long been recognized for creating destinations that not only define luxury and experience but also uplift the communities they serve,” said Brett Mufson, president of Fontainebleau Development, in a release. “This expansion exemplifies that philosophy—melding visionary design with strategic investment. It will generate hundreds of jobs, invigorate the local economy, and offer an entirely new dimension of family-friendly hospitality in Miami Beach.”
